The bistro's signature dishes include flavorful burgers made from prime beef and tender sirloin steaks, cooked to perfection by our skilled on board chefs. Alongside the delicious grilled dishes, a wide range of refreshing beverages is offered, perfect for complementing your meal. From refreshing sodas to crisp beers and cocktails, there is something for every taste and preference.

We are very keen on serving appetizing and well-prepared meals.

To ensure quality, we conduct a survey organised by Marknadskraft AB. In our guest satisfaction survey, the cafeteria received the following ratings in June 2024 from 326 respondents. The scale ranges from 1–6, where 6 is the highest and 1 the lowest.

Bistro Byholma is open as following:
Monday-Thursday closed.
Friday-Sunday 10.00-22.00.

During the evening departure, we serve warm meals until 20.30.
