The somewhat enigmatic Xavier is now one of the rising stars in the northern Rhône Valley. In 2013, at just 30 years old, he took over the vineyards from his father and began producing wine under his own name. Today, he owns a total of 9 hectares of vineyards and works organically. His wines quickly achieved cult status after their release.

Renato Ratti Barolo Serradenari 2020
The story of the legendary Piedmont producer Renato Ratti begins in 1965 when young Renato returns to Piedmont and immediately purchases a vineyard in the classic village of La Morra. The wine, named Marcenasco, becomes the winery's and the entire region's first vineyard-designated Barolo. Their Serradenari comes from the highest cru in all of Barolo, boasting a breathtaking and optimal exposure to the south and southwest.

Baigorri is a modern and bold up-and-comer that has successfully shaken things up in the tradition-steeped Rioja region. With its flagship wine, Garage, winemaker Simon Arina pays tribute to innovative winemakers around the world. Simon believes that a similar awakening is needed in Rioja, where the classic wines and, of course, the rules have traditionally been based on aging time rather than quality raw materials and high standards. Baigorri Rioja de Garage is the ultimate proof that Rioja has finally stepped into the future.

Louis Jadot Chambolle-Musigny 1er Cru Fuées 2021
Maison Louis Jadot was founded in 1859 and owns over 200 hectares of vineyard land from all parts of Burgundy. All Jadot wines are AOC-classified and represent the full range from village wines to Grand Cru. Regardless of the category the wine belongs to, they have always managed to be among the top tier in Burgundy. Chambolle-Musigny is a name spoken of with reverence, and the red wines from this area are considered among the most sophisticated and elegant produced in Burgundy. The 1er Cru vineyard Les Fuées is located near Bonnes Mares Grand Cru, and the production of this wine is no more than about 1,500 bottles per year.
