Hargrove Collective is a sextet that interprets and pays tribute to the renowned trumpeter Roy Hargrove.
With harmonious three-part horn arrangements and a swinging rhythm section, we present highlights from Hargrove's extensive repertoire. In our own way, we interpret everything from his earlier swing, featured on albums like Diamond in the Rough (1990) and The Vibe (1992), to the more modern R&B sound from the album Earfood (2008) and his group The RH Factor.
