Salt-baked Arctic char with whitefish roe, sweet-sour tomato vinaigrette, and red onion

Dinner is served in multiple sessions, and you can reserve a table for either 17.00, 17.30, 20.30 or 21.00. Dinner times are specified in Finnish time. Please notify the hotel via email at [email protected] or by phone at +358 (0) 18 14130 regarding your preferred dining time and whether you'd like fish or meat for the main course. Please also inform us of any allergies in advance. Additionally, take advantage of the opportunity to book a wine package with pre-selected wines for your meal.
For children up to 12 years of age who do not wish to have a 5-course meal, we recommend ordering and paying for their meal at the restaurant and only booking an extra bed.

The New Year's package can be canceled free of charge until 28/12. If canceled on 29/12 but no later than 18.00 on 30/12, a 50 % charge of the total amount applies. In case of later cancellation, the full 100 % of the amount will be charged.
